Become the Maison with the greatest capacity for barrel vinification in Champagne.
It is no secret that barrel vinification is of the upmost importance to Champagne Bollinger and has been integral to the Maison since the very beginning.
Therefore, the first cornerstone of their plans will be the creation of a cellar with the capacity to hold 5000 228 litre barrels. The new building will have floor to ceiling walls on the north side which, above all, will be installed to improve the working environment. With the creation of two new tasting rooms, the Maison will also be able to offer exceptional tasting experiences to wine enthusiasts, as well as lovers of the Bollinger brand itself.
Offer an exceptional tasting experience in the heart of the vines
Champagne Bollinger has always dreamt of offering wine enthusiasts truly unprecedented tasting experiences. With this project, that dream will become a reality.
Maison Dueil (on Rue de la Charte), which is part of Champagne Bollinger's estate, will be completely transformed into a 20-bedroom hotel, which will include a wellness area and pool.
Welcome friends of the Maison to a place that blends tradition and modernity
Elisabeth Bollinger's iconic house, its paved courtyard full of barrels waiting to be filled, and the garden occasionally used to host events today, will become a place dedicated to welcoming champagne enthusiasts.
A shop, tasting rooms and a reception room with the capacity to seat 200 people will also allow Champagne Bollinger to welcome friends of the Maison in a convivial atmosphere. A second dining room, with glass doors opening out onto the garden, will provide a unique gastronomic experience.
