Pinot Noir: interpreter of the Bollinger style.

Pinot Noir: a singular vision of Pinot Noir, by Champagne Bollinger

Winemaking

A characterful blend that highlights the distinctive qualities of the Ay-Champagne terroir.

Pinot Noir is the embodiment of the Champagne Bollinger terroir and accounts for over 60% of the Maison’s family-owned vines planted around the Montagne de Reims.

With a moderate dosage of 8 g/l, it has been cellar aged for more than twice as long as stipulated by the rules of the Appellation.

The PN cuvée is the result of research into the different styles of Pinot Noir and its different origins in Champagne. It helps continue the Maison's legacy and reaffirms the legendary Bollinger style - while reinventing itself year after year.

To the eye

Golden yellow flecked with gold.

To the nose

The nose reveals aromas of ripe yellow fruits, such as quince and Mirabelle plum, complemented by toasted notes of almond and hazelnut. A touch of pastry and brioche mingle with hints of white flowers and acacia honey.

On the palate

The palate blends ripe fruits and patisserie with a touch of citrus. Creaminess and a lively freshness coexist in perfect harmony, and the finish lingers with a lovely note of blood orange.
